3. Permissions and Device Access
The app requests access to certain permissions to function correctly:
Location Services: To help link surveys to specific geographic areas, contributing to more accurate feedback results.
Camera: Used exclusively to scan QR codes to access specific surveys.
Photo Library: To allow users to upload illustrative photos or documents that support their feedback within a survey.
Microphone: Some third-party QR scanning libraries may request microphone access; however, we confirm that Wajab does not record or store any audio data.
4. How We Use and Share Data
We use the data to process surveys, analyze feedback, and enhance the user experience.
Confidentiality: We do not sell or rent personal data to any third parties.
Statistical results are shared with relevant entities (such as specialized departments) to improve services based on your feedback, without disclosing your personal identity, except in legal cases required by official authorities.

We use Google Firebase to improve app performance and send notifications. These services may collect basic device identifiers for technical purposes but do not have access to your survey responses or private personal data.

We use advanced encryption technologies to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of the survey or to comply with legal requirements, and it is deleted once that purpose is concluded.
